1. General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between the er333 platform and all its members. By registering on er333 or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500. A maximum deposit limit per transaction applies.

• Funds from third-party accounts or cards will not be accepted. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4. Withdrawal Rules

Before withdrawing your winnings, please be aware of the following conditions:

• KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals. A national ID card or passport must be submitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different method are generally not permitted.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Standard withdrawals are completed within 1–3 business days. VIP members benefit from faster processing.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, er333 may place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation.

5. Betting & Gaming Terms

The following rules apply when betting and gaming on er333:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a specific "Cash Out" option is available.
• Er333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the outcome of the related bet will be determined in accordance with er333's policy.
• Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts on the same event is strictly prohibited.
• Slots and casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG. There is no possibility of manipulation.
• The maximum single bet amount may vary by game type, and er333 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on er333 are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per member. Attempting to claim it through multiple accounts will result in cancellation and a permanent ban.
• Bonus bets may be restricted to specific games or betting categories.
• If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Er333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the er333 platform. Any violation may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Using multiple accounts to exploit the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software bots or automation tools.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack any game.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage.

8. Account Suspension & Restrictions

Er333 may suspend or restrict any account under the following circumstances:

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more) will be temporarily suspended.
• Members may voluntarily close their account upon their own request.
• Account suspension or transaction freeze upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

If no Terms and Conditions have been violated prior to account closure, any remaining balance will be returned (excluding bonus balance).

9. Responsible Gaming Policy

• Er333 allows you to set deposit limits, bet limits, and loss limits on your account.
• You may request a temporary self-exclusion from the platform at any time for a specified period.
